In 2008, the building on Quincy Street that formerly housed the Fogg and Busch-Reisinger museums closed for a major renovation. During this renovation, the Arthur M. Sackler Museum remains open and has been reinstalled with some of the finest works representing the collections of all three museums.

Monday–Saturday: 10am–5pm
Sunday: 1–5pm

The museum is closed on:
Thanksgiving — Thursday, November 26
Christmas Eve — Thursday, December 24
Christmas Day — Friday, December 25
New Year's Eve — Thursday, December 31
New Year's Day — Friday, January 1
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day — Monday, January 18
Presidents Day — Monday, February 15

Admission


Members: Free
Children under 18: Free
Senior citizens over 65: $7
College students with valid ID: $6
Harvard students and affiliates: Free plus one guest
Cambridge Public Library card holders: Free
Group tour rates with pre-registration: Adults: $8, senior citizens: $6, college students with valid ID: $4

Paid admission includes entrance to the Arthur M. Sackler Museum, public tours, and gallery talks. Please check our calendar for upcoming gallery talks and events.

The museum is free to the public every day after 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 10am to noon.
